This website ("site") is operated by TLMedical, a vasectomy and medical consultation provider based in
Ireland. By accessing this site and booking services through it, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined
below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this site.
Medical information provided will be processed confidentially for clinical assessment and treatment under GDPR Article 9(2)(h). 2. Medical Disclaimer

Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy- All patients must first book a phone consultation, which must be paid for at the time of booking.- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled phone consultation are non-refundable.- Missed appointments (no-shows) will not be refunded.- Booking a phone consultation does not guarantee suitability for vasectomy. Final decisions regarding
clinical eligibility will be made by the doctor after assessment.
